• Our Lord Jesus Christ was resurrected bodily from death, and ascended into Heaven, where He now reigns.
• The work of the Holy Spirit is necessary to grant us spiritual life, to sanctify us and to empower us to serve God.
• The Christian church is the universal body of all who are in Christ from every generation, and is expressed in each local congregation of believers.
• There are two ordinances, which are believer's baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper or communion.
• The future visible and personal return of our Lord Jesus Christ is certain.

• There is one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the Holy Trinity.
• Holy Scripture is divinely inspired & has final authority over us.
• Our Lord Jesus Christ was born of the virgin Mary, & is truly God & truly man. He was sinless in His character, & perfect in His obedience to the Father.
• We are redeemed from our sins only through our Lord Jesus Christ's death in our place. Through His death, Christ showed us God's love, satisfied God's justice, and appeased God's wrath once and for all time, on behalf of sinners.
• True spiritual life begins with repentance from sin and saving faith in Jesus Christ. The redeemed will inherit eternal life and those who reject God’s gift of grace will be eternally separated from Him.

As Baptists we believe that when a person becomes a Christian the next step is to be baptised as a public witness of their new faith in God.

We have communion twice a month when we remember what Jesus did for us when he died on the cross that first Good Friday.
